JALAN MENTERI BESAR, Tuesday 21 May 2019 - Students of ISC 19/2019 continued the study tour visit to the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism (MPRT). The briefing was led by Awang Abdul Halidi bin Mohd Salleh, Deputy Permanent Secretary of MPRT.
In the briefing, it focused on areas such as agrifood and agriculture, fisheries, forestry and tourism in achieving their objectives. MPRT also shared their initiatives in creating employment opportunities to the locals by attracting the Foreign Direct Investment through the Private Public Partnership in contributing to the economy. The briefing ended with an informative question and answer session which emphasised on economic growth and sustainability in accordance to the Brunei Vision 2035.
Before concluding the visit, a presentation of mementos by the HLMC and the student representative to the Deputy Permanent Secretary of MPRT took place, followed by a group photo.
